NEW TOWNS HAVE JUST BEEN HIT BY FLOODS TODAY. AT LEAST 11,000 FAMILIES HAVE NOW BEEN AFFECTED AND THE RAINS ARE STILL NOT OVER.
All of the water distribution pumps and systems have been destroyed by the flood and typhoon. Families are now only drinking one gallon of water a day, irregardless of family size.
